The Claim nugget collection

The Claim nugget collection: nugget signet rings in solid 14K gold or sterling silver, a square, oval or wide face of nugget plates set on plain shoulders like a staked plot. A claim is ground a prospector has staked, marked at the corners and recorded in their name.

The rings

A claim was ground staked at the corners, with a notice posted in the name of whoever took it, and a signet was for signing: pressed into wax, it sealed a document. These are the signets, from Signet XS, the smallest, to Statement XL.
