After you buy
Gold stays gold.
A ring should be worn, not watched. But it helps to know exactly what you own.
What is in your ring
Every gold ring page shows its estimated gold content in grams. 14K is 58.5% gold. Your order details identify the selected metal.
If you stop loving it
Ask about trade-in availability before sending a ring. Any credit depends on an assessment and agreed terms.
Considering a change from sterling silver or vermeil to 14K? Ask about eligibility, any credit and shipping arrangements first.
If you sell it elsewhere
A gold buyer doesn’t pay for the design, the making or the story. They pay for purity and weight, and often less than the full value of the gold. More on purity in how to tell if a nugget ring is real.
Old money
People have traded gold for thousands of years. We can’t tell you what it will be worth tomorrow; nobody can. A ring’s resale price is uncertain. Gold content is only part of what a buyer considers.
